 AIKIDO, AIKI-BUDO and THE SAMURAI ARTS NOOSA HEADS and SUNSHINE COAST Beginners and advanced students of any Aikido group,persuasion and status are welcome and encouraged to attend this Training Method. Chicko sensei introduced his influence to the Sunshine Coast in the later part of 1984 at the request of Samia Goudie sensei. (Samia sensei was the ony Aikido teacher on the Sunshine Coast at that time). Chicko sensei presently teaches with 39 years Aikido experience and a Martial Arts history from 1961. He is currently senior instructor to the area regardless of Aikido affiliation and is a senior representative for A.K.I. Australia. All are welcome and encouraged to experience this unique Aikido approach related to Seigo Yamaguchi shihan 9th dan (deceased) and to mentor Takeda Yoshinobu shihan 8th dan. Our affiliation is focased on supporting the position of the present Doshu and the UESHIBA Legacy in accord with The World Aikido Foundation Japan, which was established to direct the spread through out the world the Aikido of the late Founder Professor Morihei UESHIBA. We teach Aikido not as a particular so called style but rather Aikido as it stands, as the Old Master, O'SENSEI intended.( No Style )( No Kata ).Weapons training is taught the same. Style is regarded as mediocre under AiKi.
